If making your own cake flour, sieve it Atleast 4 times to aerate it. Measure all ingredients, line your cake tin. Whisk dry ingredients together.

Beat butter until fluffy, add sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add oil, beat for another 2 minutes.

Add egg yolks, beat until fully incorporated

Add vinegar, food coloring and essence.

Fold in butter milk. Then fold in the flour mixture.

Whisk egg whites on high until fluffy. Gently fold in. Bake.
