Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 1/2 kgkhoya
  3. 1 kgghee
  4. 1/2 cupalmonds chopped
  5. to tastesugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai add ghee and roast flour till golden brown.now add sugar and almonds.mix well.then add khoya.stir continuously.mix well.let it be cool at room temperature.now grease your hands and make pinni's from mixture.pinni is ready to serve.
