Preaheat oven to 400°(425° in most ovens, my oven is really powerful)

Combine all ingredients and mix well in a bowl

Place parchment paper on baking sheet and dump batter on to it(you will need to help it with a spatula).

Spread batter out in a circle making it quite then and as even as you can. This takes a few times of cooking it to get it just right. Too thin and it burns, too thick and the inside won't be fully cooked.

When oven is fully heated place on rack in the middle. Cook 10-15 minutes and then remove from oven. Use a thin edged spatula to gently loosen it from parchment paper until you can flip it over.

If using for flatbread pizza add your toppings to the cooked side before placing it back in the oven. Cook an additional 4-7 minutes.

Enjoy! Goes great with dip if you want to cut it up into crackers.
