Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsprepared taco meat
  2. 12flour tortilla shells
  3. Sauce
  4. 1 (15 oz)can evaporated milk
  5. 1 Canrotel tomatoes
  6. 1Small can green chilies
  7. 1Small can tomato sauce
  8. 1 lbsvelveeta
  9. to tasteGarlic powder
  10. to tasteOnion powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In saucepan heat all sauce ingredients until cheese is melted

  2. 2

    Pour 1/3 of sauce in 9 x 13 dish

  3. 3

    Fill shells with meat and roll, place in dish

  4. 4

    Cover with remaining sauce

  5. 5

    Bake at 400° until hot and bubbly

  6. 6

    Can also layer sauce, meat, shells for a casserole
