Steps

Let the daal stocking in warm water for 2-3 hours.

Add 7 bowl water,salt and turmeric powder in cooker and whistle it for once. Let the flame at low for 25 -30 minutes.

Add ghee in a pan.let it heat and fry ginger, garlic and onion till getting brown.

In a mixer jaar add chopped tomatoes and fried onions and etc in it and grind it Finley. Fry all khadda masala in ghee

Add grinded material in pan and saute it. Add red chilli powder and lil bit salt also. Mix it and saute it.

Add masala in boiled daal and garnis it with butter and coriander leaves.
