For bhature- mix madia,oil,curd, water and saltand make a soft dow.Keep it for 20-25 minutes.After 20-25minutes make puri of that dow and deep fry it on low flame.

For Chhole- take a pan put oil on it and then add ginger garlic paste and onion,cook it till it appear golden bround in colour and then add tomatoes and meshed potatoes. Now add all the spices,Garam Masala and chhole masala. Add some water and then add Chhole and put lead on it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Use coriander for garnishing and your Chhole bhatura is ready.
