Ingredients

  • 1 cupatta /wheat flour
  • 1 cupghee
  • 1 cupsugar powdered
  • 1/2 cupmix dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashew)

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add ghee and add atta.roast well.till golden brown.now add sugar and mix well.then add dry fruits.cook it for five minutes at medium flame.panjiri is ready.
