Mix wet ingredients. I boil and use the food processor for my sweet potato puree. Make sure you us pure maple syrup

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. For the most flour you can just take quick oats and use a food processor to break them down, the brownies won't have as smooth of a texture as purchased oat flour but still tasty.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix thoroughly. Put batter into a pre-greased 8 inch pan and cook for 20 minutes at 325 deg f. These brownies will seem like they are undercooked but they will be done! If you want a firmer brownie refrigerate them for a couple hours.
