Strawberry Cake - without Egg and Oven

First of all, mix oil and sugar in a bowl and whisk until it becomes creamy. Now add curd and whisk well.

Now with the help of a sieve, add flour, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.

Now mix the mixture by adding a little by little milk. Now add strawberry essence and food colour to it and mix well.

Meanwhile, put salt in a kadhai, place a stand, cover with lid and let it preheat for 5-7 minutes. On medium heat.

Pour the prepared cake mixture in the greased cake pan and tap nicely. place the pot on the rack in kadhai and let the cake cook for first 5 minutes on high heat and then on low flame for 25 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check with a toothpick, let it be baked for 5 more minutes if needed. Let the cake cool completely before icing.

To make strawberry puree - Put chopped strawberries and sugar in a pan and cook on medium flame while stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes.
After cooling, prepare the puree by putting the mixture in a blender jar. - 8
In a bowl, add whipped cream and pureed strawberry puree, essence and mix well.

Now cut the cake into two layers. Pour a little sugar syrup all around the cake layer (prepare sugar syrup by mixing lukewarm water and powdered sugar in a bowl.) Now spread the iceing cream all over the cake layer, Spread it evenly from all sides.

Now place the second layer of the cake on top, sprinkle the sugar syrup and cover the whole cake with icing cream. Keep the cake for a while to set in the fridge.

To make a strawberry gel, cut the white chocolate in a bowl, heat the cream in a pan and cover the chocolate with it for 5 minutes. Now mix the mixture till it becomes smooth. Now add red food colour and strawberry puree (as desired, as per requirement) and mix properly.

Pour strawberry gel over the prepared cake and keep the cake in the fridge until set.
Strawberry cake is ready, cut and serve.
