1 tspCoriander powder
2 tspChilli powder

Add oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds & allow it splutter.

Add Urad dal, curryleaves

Add ivy gourd,turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and cook until soft.

Add coriander and chilli powder. Mix well

Fry until crispy
