Ingredients

  1. 150 grammaida/All purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupoil
  3. 3/4 cuppowder sugar
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. 1/4 cupfresh strawberry pulp
  8. as needed sliced strawberry for topping
  9. 1/4 tspstrawberry essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients

    Sieve the dry ingredients together atleast 2-3 time and keep a side.

    Mix oil + curd+ sugar well.

    Then add dry ingredients and strawberry pulp.

    Mix well.

    Pour this batter in cake tin and tap it.

    Top with strawberry slices..

    Bake... Preheated oven 180'c for about 30-35 mins.
