Steps

Take a bowl and add all marination ingredients mix well. Keep rest for 30 minutes for marinate.

Take a pan heat a oil add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste, saute it.

Add tomato puree, butter and all spices, kasuri methi, saute it.

Then add marinate mixture and mix it well. Put it 8 to 10 minutes on middium flame cover the lid. Kathale dastan ready to serve.
