Steps

Mix baking soda in sabut moving daal and soak it for 5-6 hours..

Drain it and wash the daal properly and leave it for a cloth to dry for 15-20 minutes..

Heat oil an a pan (oil should be heated nicely and very hot) add the daal and fry till crispy or all the bubbles after adding daal are finished..

Remove the daal on a stainer to remove excess oil (don't use kitchen towel)..

Let it cool down to room temperature.. Now add lemon juice, salt and red chilli powder and mix very well..

Our easy nice and crispy namkeen is ready to serve. Yo can store it in an air tight container for approx 2-3 months..
