Cauliflower Sabzi

Steps

Cut the cauliflower & carrot into pieces.

Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil put cauliflower & carrot and saute it for 5 mints and transfer on a plate.

Again put the rest of the oil on the kadhai and heat it then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaf sauteed for 1 min.

Add ginger paste and cook it nicely. Then pour tomato puree & cook it nicely.

Add all dry masala except garam masala and cook it.

Now add roasted cauliflower & carrot, salt and mix it well and cover it for 2 mints.

Add 2 cups water & cover it to cook nicely.

After 5 mints add garam masala & coriander leaves and mix it.

Cauliflower sabzi is ready to serve. Serve with rice or chapati.
