Take a kadhai.

Add ghee,jeera,mustard seeds,gingergarlic paste,hing and green chilli.

Now add chopped onion and wait for a while.

Add chopped tomatoes.Add all the spices and cover with a lid for 8 minutes.

Open and mash the tomatoes well.Add the water for the gravy.

And the last step is to add the sev and switch the flame off.

Garnish with coriander and serve with your favourite bread.❤️
