Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1ghost pepper, chopped
  • 1 cupfreshly cut pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cupchopped mango
  • 2cherry pepper, chopped
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupdistilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 2 teaspoonssalt (or to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a large pan to medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. 2

    Add peppers and fruit. Cook for about 8 minutes to soften.

  3. 3

    Add water, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and paprika and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

  4. 4

    Add to a food processor and process until smooth. Pour into sterilized bottles and serve it up!
