So i always used tawa for hotty the buns etc
Steps

First boil the chaana daal with the above ingredients

Drine the daal and chopparized

Boil and mashed the potatoes

And rest of the ingredients of making kabab

Mix well by hands and make 6 round kabab

Take two eggs and beat well

Heat the tawa and add oil

Take a kabab dip in beaten eggs and fry from both sides till golden brown colour appears

Take green chutney buns and onions and starts ensembling

Cut the bun from center in a one side of bun add chaana aloo kabab then chutney then onion slices and cover from another piece of bun

Heat the tawa again and cook the bun from both sides as shown in pictures

Enjoy the yummlicious theley wala bun kabab
