Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • 1tomato
  • 2onions
  • Tumeric
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in pan until soft add crushed garlic

  2. 2

    Add diced tomato until tender

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste and stir

  4. 4

    Put salt, pepper and turmeric and mix well

  5. 5

    Add eggs and stir until cooked

  6. 6

    Serve with favorite carbohydrate
