Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 2 1/2tbspoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour cooking oil in ua sufuria. Put in ua onion tomato and garlic.

    After the tomato is well cooked, add salt and stir well. Add 2 cups of water and allow to boil. Add tumeric powder.

  3. 3

    When it has boiled, add rice and reduce the heat to allow it to cook well.

  4. 4

    Add dhania to garnish.
