Here are the ingredients for the Khubz

And for the soup

For the Khubz, add all the dry ingredients to the flour and mix, then add the butter and continue mixing

Pour in one glass of warm water and continue kneading until a smooth dough is formed

Cover and allow to rise for twenty minutes

Rub on small amount of vegitable oil on your palms and divide the dough into equal sizes

Roll out on a rolling tray

In a non stick pan, pour in drops of oil and place the dough, flip the other side until it is well done

For the soup, in a non stick pan, pour in the cooking oil, after it starts sizzling, add in half teaspoon of pepper and onion, then add the shredded beef

Continue stirring and then add the potatoes, remaining pepper and onions

Add the spices and little amount of water, allow to cook for 5-10 minutes

Serve and enjoy
