Sauté brown rice, and cook it at a 1:1.75 ratio with the bullion cube, 1/8 of salt, cayenne, paprika and thyme, and 1 bay leaf

When rice is almost done, throw oil, veggies, bay leaf, remaining spices, and beef in a pan. Once cooked, add shrimp and cook another 5 mins or so. Remove bay leaves and toss with rice.
