Super Soup Chicken, kale, bok choy soup

Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsbullion
  2. 1 bunchKale
  3. 2 lbschicken breast
  4. 4 stalksBoc Choy
  5. 4scallions
  6. 2 tbsbutter
  7. 1 1/2 tbspeppercorns

Cooking Instructions

    Cut kale into 1/2 inch pieces. Boil for 20 minutes in 8 cups bullion and 2 cups water.

    Cook chicken in saute pan almost covered in water with peppercorns until done.

  3. 3

    When chicken is done remove and discard peppercorns. Tear Chicken into bite size peices with two forks.

    Cut scallions, boc choy in 1/4 inch pieces and saute in butter.

  5. 5

    Add everything into the water with the kale. When all is same temperature, serve and Enjoy!
