Steps

Boil instant noodles with required water, adding masala. When done remove from flame and Let it keep aside.

Heat oil in non stick pan,add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, carrots and cabbage.

Add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum, saute for few seconds.

Add boiled rice, chilli souce, soya sauce, black pepper,beaten egg and little salt.

Now add cooked noodles with 1/4cup water and mix well, cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
