Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and onion.cook for two minutes.now add all spices and mix it.then add tomato and cook for two minutes.now crumbled paneer and add into masala.add Coriander leaves and mix well.bhurji is ready to serve.
