Tea Time Ginger Cake

Take a saucepan, add 1/2 cup water and let it boil. Take it off the heat and add honey. Mix well.

Now add baking soda and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Put it aside so it gets cold

Take another bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Mix well.

With another bowl, add oil, brown sugar, eggs and whisk well

Add half of the flour mix and fold slowly. After add in the honey mix and stir well. Add the remaining flour and mix well.

The batter will be very runny. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake this for 40-45 mins.

Now remove from the oven and let it cool down completely.
