In a pan add oil.

Now add jeera and rai.

Now add Onion saute it.

Now add potatoes and peas.

Add little salt and haldi.

Cover it till potatoes become soft.

Now put poha in strainer.

Wash it.

Put strainer on a pot so that excess water will drain out

Now add some salt, haldi and sugar on poha in strainer

Mix it.

When potato becomes soft add poha.

Mix well.

Add peanuts and green coriander.

Add lemon juice
