  1. 1 glassbasmati rice
  2. 1.5 glasswater
  3. 1 tbspzeera
  4. 1-2bay leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Put ghee in a pan. To it add bay leaves and zeera and lightly saute.

    Add water and let it boil. Add rice and salt.

    Boil rice for 8 mins. Then cook it on medium flame for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Zeera rice is ready to be eaten!
