Ingredients

  1. 1 packetNoodles
  2. As required Water
  3. 1medium sized onion
  4. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 2chillies (big)
  7. 1/2 cupShredded cabbage
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspJeera powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. As per taste Tomato sauce
  13. 1 tspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan or kadhai. Pour water to boil and the noodles then add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil so that the noodles are in order, to keep the noodles intact.
    Boil for around 10 mins then drain the excess water.

    Take the vegetables in a tray and chop them and keep aside.

    Put 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion to it and stir till it becomes light golden. Add the spices and then the chopped vegetables and saute till these get translucent.

    After that add the boiled noodles and toss well. Add tomato and soy sauce and mix well.

    Serve with chopped onions and sauce.
