To prepare the chicken tikki: Firstly, grind the boneless chicken smoothly, then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, 1 tsp ghee or butter (ghee or butter is used to keep the juicyness in the chicken, you can skip if you want). Now mix all the ingredients nicely and prepare a ball, now roll it in a clearwrap and keep in in freezer for minimum 1 hour.

After 2-3 hours take the chicken tikki mix out and cut into two thick pieces as shown in below

On a nonstick pan, add 1 tsp ghee, heat the pan. Now shallow fry the tikkis.

Take a tortilla, spread 2 tsp mayonnaise. Add some chopped onions and lettuce, chicken tikki (by cutting into halves), add 1 tsp tomato ketchup. Now fold the tortilla bread like a wrap and on nonstick pan or sandwich maker swallow fry the wrap by turning both the sides, serve with chopped lettuce and onions.
