Steps

Cut the Strawberries and keep a side. Now take a pan on low medium flame. Add sugar and water.

Stir it till sugar get dissolve and get one boil in water. Now add cut Strawberries. Let it get boil well and get soft.

Once the Strawberries get soft and water get half add vinegar. Mix it well. Now start crushing the soft Strawberries with the help of spoon or spatula.

See how fine crush is ready. Pour in air tight container and refrigerate it. It will stay for six months even more. Enjoy any time while making shakes, jam, IceCream and halwa.

For Milkshake: take chilled milk, fresh cream in deep vessel. Add Strawberry Crush And blend it with hand blender.

Will get super frothy milkshake. No need to add sugar also. It is too Delicious and upfilling.... Enjoy in summers
