Ingredients

  1. 8 inchglass dish (you can use a plate as well)
  2. 10 ozpackage of your favorite hummus
  3. 7 ozcontainer of plain Greek yogurt (I like the whole fat or 5%)
  4. 1/2 cupsour cream
  5. 1/2 cupdiced tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cupdiced english or persian cucumber
  7. 1/2 cupcrumbled feta
  8. 2-3 tablespoonschopped kalamata olives
  9. 2-3 tablespoonsfinely diced red onion
  10. 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
  11. 1 tablespoonfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  12. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Spread hummus evenly onto dish. Best with a spatula or spoon.

  2. 2

Mix greek yogurt, sour cream and lemon juice to combine. Spread evenly over hummus layer using spatula or spoon. Try to avoid mixing into hummus so you can create layers.

  3. 3

Top with the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and olives. Top with just a pinch of salt if desired.

  4. 4

Finish with feta and oregano. Serve right away or refrigerate for an hour until ready to serve. This dip is best served within a couple hours or so to prevent any residual water from the veggies seeping out. Refridgerate until ready to serve. No need to cover. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
