Ingredients

  1. 10 ozcontainer hummus or 10 oz homemade hummus
  2. 1cucumber peeled and chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1small red onion chopped
  5. 4 ozfeta cheese
  6. 20-30kalamata olives
  7. 2 cupsfresh spinach chopped
  8. 2 tablespoonsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Spoon hummus in center of large flat serving platter and spread

  2. 2

    Spread tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, spinach and feta evenly around the hummus

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil over entire platter. Serve with fresh pita chips!
