Heat oil. Add onion in it. Fry till golden brown in colour.

Now add green chilly paste, ginger garlic paste and coconut paste fry for 2 min.

Now add zeera powder, chopped coriander leaves and pudina fry for 1 min.

Add water and salt. Cook till water is boiling.

Add rice mix well. Close the lid and take 3 vessel.

Rice is ready. Serve with any special gravy.
