Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped onion
  2. 1/2 cupcashew nuts
  3. 1 tspgarlic chopped
  4. 1 tspginger chopped
  5. 3-4cloves
  6. 1 inchcinnamon
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 2 tbspbutter
  9. 2green cardamoms
  10. 1small big cardamom
  11. 2-3green chilli slit in to half
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tspsugar
  14. 1/2 cupyogurt
  15. 1 tspKasoori methi
  16. 250 gmspaneer cut in to cubes
  17. 1/4 cupfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1 cup of water in a pan add onion, cashew, ginger and garlic in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

    Drain the water and add the cooked onion and cashew in a blender add some cold water and grind to make a smooth paste

    Heat oil and butter in a pan add whole masala and let them crackle for a few seconds add onion cashew paste and cook for 5 minutes cover the pan.

    Cook for another 2-3minutes add sugar, whisk yogurt and cook for 5 minutes

    Add paneer cubes and kasoori methi and water and bring the curry to a boil cook for 2-3minutes add fresh cream and mix well.

    Serve hot.
