Ingredients

1 cupcooked White rice
2 cupsplain dahi
1 tspmustard seed powder
1 tspdry ginger powder
as per tasteSalt

Steps

Put cooked rice in a bowl. Rice should be soft. In another bowl put dahi beat till smooth. Add mustard powder, dry ginger powder, salt and rice mix.keep in fridge for 2-3 hrs. Serve chilled.
