Brownie sizzler

Sieve maida, meetha soda, & cocoa powder. Beat sugar & oil. Boil milk. Cool it for 2 mins. Add vinegar and curdle it.

Grease tin, dust with cocoa powder. Preheat oven at 180C. Add maida; mix in sugar-oil mix, spoon by spoon.

Slowly add curdle milk in the above mixture. Make fine paste & pour it in dusted tin.

Bake in at 180C for 35-40 mins. Cool it for 10 mins. Take out from tin. Give a little standing time again.

Take a hot sizzler plate and sprinkle chocolate sauce and take brownie peace and vanilla icecream then sprinkle more sauce and serve hot.
