Ingredients

  • 1 kgladyfinger cut into pieces
  • 2onion sliced
  • 2 tspmustard oil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chill powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add ladyfingers and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    After that add onion and all spices and mix well. Cook it for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add lemon juice and cook it 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Ladyfingers is ready to serve.
