Steps

Soak urad dal, methi at least 2 to 3 hours. Then grind adding by little water.Then keep aside for two hours for fermentation. When u want to make wada then add required salt, chopped coriander and mix well.

Take some batter on your palm. Give it a round shape. finger make a hole in the center and then deep fry in hot oil. When medhu vada slightly golden then gently turn over and continue to fry.
