Ingredients

10-12 servings
  • 2 lbsground beef or turkey
  • 1 tbsminced garlic
  • 1onion
  • 3 cansBush's chili beans - medium
  • 2 packageschili-o
  • 1 canrotel original
  • 1small can tomato paste
  • 1 canbeer (optional)
  • Chili powder and red pepper to taste (optional)
  • Water if needed

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet cook onion, garlic and ground beef or turkey

  2. 2

    In a crock pot combine all ingredients and cook on high for 1 hour. Add water if needed.

  3. 3

    Reduce to low and cook additional 2 hours.
