Steps

Take a vessel add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix. Add water and prepare chapati dough.

Mashed the boiled potato, add chopped sweet corn, spring onion,, chilli powder, dry mango powder, ginger powder, jeera powder, salt and mix nicely. Stuffing is ready.

Take chapati dough, prepare small balls and take potato stuffing and prepare paratha.

Heat tava, place the paratha, add ghee, cook both sides.

Serve with pickle and curd.
