Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 21/2 cupcake flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 cupcocoa
  4. 11/2 cupoil
  5. 2large eggs
  6. 1 tbspblack food color
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1 cupbuttermilk
  9. 11/2 tspbaking soda
  10. 2 tspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prep all ingredients into a working table

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl mix the flour,cocoa,salt

  3. 3

    In another bowl add the oil and sugar and mix well. Then add one egg at a time

    Add food coloring and vanilla, and beat until well combined. Add flour mixture, alternating
    with buttermilk, and mix until fully combined.

  5. 5

    Mix vinegar with baking soda and fold in the batter.

    Pour in prepared baking pans and bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
