Ingredients

  • 1 poundBrussel sprouts
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt more if you want
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

    Cut the Brussel sprouts in half. Add salt, pepper, and duck fat to the sprouts. Sauté till tender and caramelized.
