Smoky-sticky stir-fried rice and tofu bowl
As part of the Mystery Bag #1 competition, I created this bowl of many textures and flavours- it was the perfect comfort fakeaway!
Steps

Blend the mango, garlic, ginger, white pepper, 1 tablespoon water and soya sauce to create your marinade.

Dress your tofu in half the sauce for a few hours.
- 3
Stir fry the tofu for 5 minutes at low heat and move into a bowl.
- 4
Add oil to your wok, once hot, add the peppers, tofu and brown rice and mix well.

Add the remaining sauce and salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes at high heat. Let the mix char slightly and switch off the gas.

Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
