Steps

Knead a soft dough with refined flour, salt and water.

Put in a bowl, cover with wet cloth and keep aside for half an hour.

Slice onions, tomatoes and capsicum.

Put some oil in a frying pan and add sliced onions in hot oil.

Cook onions till golden brown.

Add capsicum and carrot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add corn and cook.

Add black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala and cook for further 5 minutes.

Add salt at last and mix.

Add cheese cubes mix. Keep this mixture aside and let it cool a little.

Divide dough in 3 equal portions.

Roll each dough and cook from both sides on a griddle and keep aside.

Add 2 tbsp cheese mixture in roti, sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice and roll.

Serve hot.
