Boil noodle for 2 mins

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat, then pour the eggs into the pan, tilt the pan ever so slightly from one side to another to allow the eggs to swirl and cover the surface of the pan completely.

Put cooked noodle on the top, then flip it to make crispy noodle. Flip it back to add some cheese on the top and fold it as a roll. Then enjoy it!
