Take a bowl and add given amount of ingredients such as add almonds, cashews, melon seeds

Now add fennel seeds, black pepper, poppy seeds and cardamom and saffron (only 2 pinch)

Mix all these ingredients

Soak it for four hours in hot water. If you are using cold water then the mixed ingredients need to be soaked more than 7 hours..

Now after 4 hours we will put the mixture in the jar

With this mixture add conserve of rose petals(gulkand) in it..

Make a smooth paste of this mixture in jar..

Now keep the paste aside for some time

Now take a open big pan and add 300gm sugar in it

Add 250ml water to it and also saffron strands into it

Cook it at high flame so that sugar completely mix with water

Now add the paste into it

Cook it for 5-7 minutes at medium flame

After 5-7 min it will become thick, add 150ml water to it

And now cook it again for next 5-7 minutes..

Now it will be ready after next 7 minutes with proper consistentcy

You can store it in a glass jar or bottle for a month

For serving take one glass and add the thandai into it

Now add milk into it

Mix it using a blender or as you like

Serve it by garnishing it with pistachio..
