  1. 8hot dog buns
  2. 8pork, turkey, or chicken sausages
  3. 1/4 poundground beef
  4. 1 1/2 cupswhole beans
  5. 3/4 cupketchup
  6. 1/2 cuponion
  7. 1tomato, finely chopped
  8. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  9. canned chipotle chili, chopped, to taste
  10. salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a skillet, fry the onion and garlic. When ready, add the chopped tomato and ground beef, stirring to prevent clumping.

    Add the ketchup, finely chopped chili, and beans. Let it cook well, checking the salt. It should be spicy and slightly sweet.
