I love different flavors different textures but I hate huge messes. One day I wanted a to make hot dogs with chili for my family but knew it would end up a big mess. So I had hot dogs, some cheddar cheese, and canned biscuits. I had a little bit of sour cream. So I made these they became a huge hit it at our place and I make not just chili dogs but quiches and a ton of goodies that are fast easy and delicious.I user left overs and Walla a new all together. I made the Cincinnati Chili so I went ahead and made the chili dog

We took what we had and threw it together. My wife and my sister were bored and threw this together just for the fun of it just to taste and see how it turned out. On a scale of 1-100 it's definitely 100 and its worth trying it!

Feel free to omit the chilies for a more mild sauce
