First of all grind the curd then mix 2cups of water to make it shash then add flour slowly slowly by mix it add colour mix it well to make smooth better keep a side for half an hour

Now take sugar add lcup water to make thik sugar syurp add Cardimum powder

Now take piping bag fill with better make a hole on pointed side then heat oil in kadahi but kadai bottom is flat put one ring in between

Then see oil in kadai is in bottom of pan then leave better in kadahi with piping bag untill ring will fill with better then put out the ring and leave it to deep fry on both sides

Put out the gheeher from kadaiand deep in sugar sirupe

After 2mintues put out it our gheeher is ready to serve
