  3. 1 tbsppowderedsugar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Break open the bel fruit

    Scrape the pulp the shell

  3. 3

    Mix the pulp in water and remove the hard core and seeds

  4. 4

    Strain, add sugar and serve.
