Coconut peanut chutney

Take dessicated coconut, peanuts, curd, coriander leaves, green chillies and curry leaves in chutney bowl and grind it with little required water. Add salt and sugar and mix it. Transfer to a bowl.

In a tadka pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal. When crackles add dry red chilli.

Pour this tadka into chutney. Mix well. Delicious chutney is ready to serve. Serve with idlis, dosa or any south Indian dishes.
